When a young skinhead finds himself sentenced to 6 months in a youth reformatory, his mentor, a local police sergeant, arranges for him to be placed undercover to contact and befriend another inmate. He is promised that, should he carry out the task successfully, his record would disappear and he would be free to choose his career path. He completes his task and remains under cover and infiltrates a local Nazi skinhead movement, run and controlled by an ex IRA thug by the name of Murphy. This story is about how he became a ‘Bonehead’, survived Borstal, and became a very successful undercover agent for the Metropolitan Police Force in London.
